tea: three ways

the three Cs: cinnamon, cardamon and cloves

infused into sweet hot tea
is possibly my favourite way to start the day.

mint and lime flavours together with lots of ice, add a refreshing touch to iced tea
on hot sweltering days.

but when, like now, i am battling a cold and sore throat,
i like the spicy tones of ginger.

~what's your favourite brew?~

Hi Kamana..I can almost smell your spicy brews from here! mmmm! My old favourite is just a black tea with a little milk. If I'm feeling a bit seedy though, I like a green tea. I have some lovely leaves from the mountains of Taiwan that I drink regularly.

My very favourite tea is anise tea, like drinking liquid black liquorice! I do like apple cinnamon to, and lemon ginger when I don't feel good. Green tea is something I am really trying hard to like but just can't quite manage it.

very interesting !
i don't like tea enough to drink it easily, like cinnamon or ginger a lot, and surch any thing (i suppose that i have to stop with coffee, i think, because it agrave my problem of dry mouth) but without nothing hot to prepare it is not fun to have a breakfast and sit with a special quiet moment)

My problem of dry mouth was almost away in Guadeloupe. And strong again after only one night here. I cannot allways live on wait Antillas holidays
(and in your land, how is it with mosquitos ? a real problem for me, with the long travel in plane and changing hour)

Hope you are better now (with the cold)
