water:
sipped warm
from my mug
to keep myself
from nodding off
mid afternoon.
water:
running creeks
down my body
slipping into
secret crevices
within me,
warming me up.
water:
dirty, smelly
kitchen sink kind.
water:
gushing down
from the skies
eager
to spread the word.
tipping head back,
opening my mouth
to welcome in
water.

Very nice post. Water, water, everywhere! Most people are led to believe that the human body is made up of 60 percent water, when actually we are made up of approximately 80 to 90 percent. Cheers!!
