unfurl and rise above

don’t let your brain think
it will dismantle you.
think with the beat of your heart
(i know it goes yes yes yes).
don’t hold on to the wary doubt
as though it was your supporting beam.
see it as a child sees play dough
limitless possibilities waiting to be shaped
into any way your heart desires.
unfurl your fingers
let go of uncertainty,
practise embracing happiness
(write it down,
say it out loud
into a pillow in a darkened room,
engrave it into a tree trunk,
do whatever it takes to convince yourself).
don’t let boulders in your path
dwarf you.
rise above and find your way past them
and over here,
to me.

*i finally find it more easy to use Google translator for each word without changing page (Reverso is more efficient but changing is heavy).
((Please , can you thing to put a space after last word, before going next line?))
