Breakfast - scrambled eggs with veggies
Lunch - rice, lentils and grilled fish
Dinner - sausage and chickpea stew with brocolli and bread
Snack - apricots
~
And still ... I am craving something deeply chocolatey and unhealthy!!!
I should just give in and indulge - right?

Looks like you've been a very good girl and deserve that bit of chocolate! Make it dark and you can count it as healthy! :)
Wow, you are eating healthy (and such beautiful food too)! I too have been trying to stay away from the chocolate...very hard indeed lol
Oh, man, Kamana. Your food makes me just want to eat, and I just finished a wonderful and HEALTHY meal of Tilapia, spinach, and mixed vegetables. There is a frozen scratch Boston Creme pie loaf cake waiting to be given to a friend... with my homemade buttercream mocha frosting. Want it???
I gotta now go take a cold shower. Oh. Wait. that's not for craving chocolate, is it...
Go eat the chocolate, but if you publish pictures of it, we shall have to hurt you I am afraid.

Oh, absolutely. I just ate a gingerbread cookie, after a very healthy dinner, and it made me even happier! Yummm

each time i try to avoid chocolate... i eat a max of cheese, nuts, cakes and all kind of sugar and fat things.
So...
Do eat chocolate, but avoid adding wheal, butter or cream.
