I say I travel light
but look at the
small mountain
of portable civilisation
on my bed
ready to be fitted into
the 28 x 21 inch roll along
Essentials as well as
things I need to take
just in case.
More of the latter.
Come evening
and my mountain
would disappear
into a geometery of storage
ready to be locked shut
and rolled away
into an aeroplane.
Make that three.

Gorgeous photo and guess what - we are headed for Oregon also next week!! Even tho it will be a very long drive, it will be a lot less miles than what you are covering. It's been pretty lousy weather up there - let's hope that all changes soon!! Safe travels!!
